Hello all,
Instead of going out for drinks on X-mas eve, I’ve decided to stay home and work on my homepage. Today I’m trying to integrate photoshelter, wordpress and graph paper press on my website to make it a more comprehensive experience for my visitors. Its hard work , especially since I’m not very code savvy.
So this morning, I received my copy of Anton Kuster’s photo documentary with some of the most beautiful cinematic shots that I’ve ever seen. On top of that, I was thoroughly impressed with Kuster’s persistence in asking the Yakuza family to make a documentary on them. In order support photographers who are as passionate as he is, I felt compelled to order one. After all, it’s not like photographers and artists are making as much money as Wall Street traders but I do wish that were the case. What the hell are Wall street traders creating anyways? Nothing but problems. But I digress..
It is unbelievable that the characters and personalities in the book are all real and he admitted himself that all the shots (with the exception of one) were not posed. Too bad this is the second edition as the first edition was limited to 500. The quality of the book is excellent, photos superb as expected. I would definitely recommend ordering a copy and I hope he continues onto the next series.
